I had 961s with 35s with a 2.5 spacer, last I remember that comes to like - 20 something. That was on a 3/1 level. No issues with fender or bumper. Just body mount and plastic wheel well liner. You shouldnt consider gears unless you are considering 37" tires. You mentioned possibly switching to 18" rims. My tundra is a 4x4 double cab. On a 1300 mile trip I just took, I averaged 16.4 on the hwy doing 65-70. Around houston on my short commute to/from work, I've averaged 13.3. I only use 87 octane. 2010 Tundra 4x4 Double Cab. If you want 35's you'll need a minimum of a 3" leveling kit and depending on the width of tire you choose you'll also need the perfect offset somewhere between +20 and +35mm. Even then you will probably rub a little on the front fenderwell liner and on the body mount. if you don't want to do any cutting stick with a 3" kit and 34.5" and smaller.Oct 6, 2020. I have 325/60/20's on 20 x 9 wheels with a 3" front 1.5" rear lift. The tire are 35.12 tall x 13" wide. I would definitely get in regeared because I'm a firm believer that it is better to be overgeared than undergeared. Ugo4it ran 35 12.50 18 km2's on stock wheels. Only had to trim the skid plate. I ran 35 12.50 kumho mt's needed 1.5" wheel spacers to clear the side lugs.
