Prius red triangle no codes

Own a 2006 prius. Red triangle and other lights came on OBDII scanner said p0a80 code. Car was running ok, but it was hybrid battery was erratic chatging/discharge. Replaced hybrid battery with Dorman reman. Plugged every thing back in. Car won't go into ready mode. OBDII scanner says no codes.

After engaging the safety interlock, it would take 3 on/off cycles to clear the red triangle and the fault code would go into "historical" status.
