I have spent the last few months training on Nick Bare's Hybrid Athlete training program. This program combines elements of strength training, bodybuilding,... I haven't done Nick Bare's program, but I have done a bro split with running before. It works for a lot of people, but I found a 3 day PPL and A3 days of running preferable. I think it all really depends on how hard you workout though. If you aren't going to failure (giant sets, drop sets, etc) all the time, the bro split is fine.A month ago I went back to the gym to get back my strength and muscle through weight training. I use Jeff Nippard's Fundamental Hypertrophy program and currently doing 3 Full Body sessions per week. But I felt something missing and neglecting my cardiovascular training as well.
