They are easy to craft and fill so water shouldn't take more then 30 seconds of effort. You can get a well and automate it but it feels like that just eats up a village for very little gain, maybe when the kitchens start using water that might be useful. #9. Firewood counts more for the "wood" demand than logs. Put workers in the barn as Farmer and Field Worker. Field workers do not require any skills (not even farming skill) but Farmers do.
