Lump on lower rib cage

I have a lump on lower right ribs (mostly on the rib cage)and it seams like it goes as far as here the rib ends and on the bottom aspect of the rib nabey a bit further. It hurts when i push on the ribs. The lump has been there for 4 months and is elongated (1inch by about 2.5 inch) and when flex the abb muscles there is a dimple by the lump.
