Johnson did sell spincast "combos", reel and Johnson branded rods. I have no clue who made the rods for Johnson and I'm pretty sure they didn't make them in their factory. I have one Johnson-branded rod that's probably contemporary to the Century 100 series. The Johnson rods are pretty scarce.
