The Sensory Lab at CSU Spur will be running official taste-testing of Polish sausage. Sensory testing is open to individuals over 21 years old that are Costco shoppers and have no self-reported spice allergies. Participants will receive $20 for their time! Participation is expected to last approximately 10 minutes.
