The co. has how to videos. You'll save $$$ over a new CUE unit from the Dealer to only have it fail again down the road.If the touch screen has failed, (and it is VERY common) no amount of resets -hard, soft or otherwise will fix it. You'll need to replace the touch screen. It's cheap if you do it yourself and expensive if you have a dealer perform the service. The part is only $30.
