I had a note 9, that was fully paid off. I upgraded to a S21. I want to give the note 9 to a relative, but when I tried to unlock the device I got the message "The device you want to unlock is active on another AT&T account" I logged into my att account, but can only see the S21, so I can't remove it from my account since it's not listed there.
